The purpose of our reimbursement services is to make sure that the patients enrolled in our program enjoy the full benefits of copay assistance. We help in the following areas:

Chronic Disease Fund assists patients throughout the United States who meet income qualification guidelines, or who have private insurance or a Medicare Part D plan, but cannot afford the cost of their specialty therapeutics. We pay our patients’ out-of-pocket costs on the spot and directly to their provider – without waiting periods or excessive paperwork. Also, if for some reason our patients spend their own money when picking up the prescription, we will reimburse them accordingly.
