How We Make Good Days Possible

Our goal is to help as many people as we possibly can. However, we are limited in the financial support we can provide as funding for each disease is based on what we are able to raise each year through grants and contributions. If we are unable to approve any patient due to our funding or coverage, we will help them find other organizations that may be able to help them.

Application Process

We award financial assistance on a calendar-year basis. Each application for assistance is reviewed by our team, taking into consideration income levels by geographic area, the number of household dependents and current out-of-pocket medical expenses. Patients may enroll in our programs either directly through us or through one of our participating pharmacies. Patients are enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The cost to support each patient varies significantly by disease, the drug(s) prescribed, and the type of insurance coverage (private insurance or Medicare Part D).

In most circumstances, we don’t provide 100% of an individual's out-of-pocket expenses. However, we do work diligently with patients to minimize or manage their out-of-pocket costs.

Therapy Management

Our first objective is to help patients get the prescription medications they need. Our secondary objective is to help patients comply with their physicians’ prescribed treatment plans. These miracle drugs are only effective if taken as prescribed. To help patients stay compliant, we ask all patients participating in the program to track their progress using our own online tracking tool, to which we provide access free of charge.
